Sunday Sketches: Floral Beauty

As I continue working through the darling tea cups and mugs sent to me, I find great joy not only in simply having fun and fine tuning my own technique/style but am also touched at the number of lovely peeps who are sharing a part of their daily life with me! Enjoy this one above sent by a lovely lady who lives in Delaware.

Happy Sunday Sketches! We'll soon be celebrating 6 years of this wonderful art co-op! Woot!

  6. I love your cup and I also love your photography skills! You always manage to take such beautifully clear photos of your work. I'm struggling at the moment with the dull grey English weather! x

    1. Awww, thanks, Clare. I'm simply using my i-Phone! lol It can be challenging when it's cloudy out. On those days, I simply upload my photo into picmonkey. There's a tool where you can change the color and I shift it from grey or the brown tone I can get on cloudy days to more of a white. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions. xx

  7. Firstly my sincere apologies for entering my wrong blog post on number 11 of your link. I have tried to delete it, but nothing appears to work. I've now entered the correct post in number 12. Sorry I'm such a numpty.
Computers have it in for me today. My laptop's not working either!
I hope you can delete it and it doesn't mess you're numbers too much.

  10. I love that idea of drawing and painting your blog reader's various cups (photos) they send it. There are so many cup illustrations out there but doing that and cutting them out gives it your won twist too. These are fun and whimsical. Love them.
