Sunday Sketches (From England)

Just a quick note for this week's Sunday Sketches and terribly sorry it's so short. We're boarding a train this afternoon and are on our way back to London to send the youngest back to the US. It's bittersweet as we've had a lovely time with each of the boys here but also thankful to have had the time with them.

This week's sketch came to life in an adorable coffee/cake shop called, Lovebrew Cafe. A darling shop with fantastic cakes and cups of tea. If you're ever in the area, you must pop in and say hello!

When we return to Scarborough on Monday afternoon, I promise to catch up with everyone from last week and this week. It's been quite busy with family coming and going, as well as, helping Michael's sister with various things and so forth. I'm looking forward to catching up with everyone. Love to all!

  12. This post and illustration really touched me Alexandra, because over the years I've had to say goodbye numerous times to my daughter going back school.
A cute illustration... love the blackboard addition and that coffee shop looks a lovely place to chill for a few hours.
Good luck for all the travelling and hopefully life will settle down soon.
