The House on Rabbit Hill


...where friends are all around and teatime is every afternoon at 4:00. Don't be late or you'll miss special guests from near and far!     this look great, smoots! So glad you got it in in time and jsut barely so! But, no worries--a few others did to.

    I love the coziness of this piece. Maxwell is a great name too btw! Inspired by the barista perhaps? :) Great job keeping up with this. I think it came out great!!

    Thank you for adding your talents to CT too. Time to do a montage with having reached SEVEN peeps joining in the lamp lit fun! Love your write up too. Perfect! :)

    So so cute. It pulls the viewer right in. I've never done digital, but I would have never guessed. It looks like watercolor.

    I am not sure what I think of 'digital' painting. It's like e-books vs paper books.
    I would never have thought that this was digital if you hadn't said. It looks hand painted. Amazing!

      Yeah, I felt the same way in the past but this app has certainly changed my mind a bit. It really has the ability to reflect whatever medium you want to "paint" in. Thank you so much! :)

      Thank you very much. This was illustrated with Procreate. It's a lot like Photoshop but the price is significantly cheaper. :D

    Well done with your first digital painting Alexandra, it is just wonderful. The dynamics of this is spot on with the lamp being the central focus point leading your eye around all the rest. Just love it!

    Very very nice painting and your first digital! Did you enjoy it/. I started sketching and then painting it in digitally (but I still use a mouse to paint not a brush like I suppose most people do)... about 4 years ago and now I find it hard to paint traditionally. Everything is digital for me now. I like not having a mess to clean up, lol.

      I did enjoy it although I think I truly love real hand-painting overall. I still plan to learn digital more and more, so I am well-rounded with my illustration. :D
