Hot water bottles and tea

Sadly, the mister is better but I'm still feeling quite under the weather. It's not easy trying to stay put when my creative work is slowly piling up in the studio. However, as I knew oh so well with the hubby earlier this week, the only way he would get better is to stay home and rest. Alas, I'm trying to do the same.

Fluffy pillows, my grandmother's blanket, tea and a hot water bottle - my 'best friends' until I'm better. Oh, and of course puppy kisses from our little guy and sweet nothings from my wonderful hubby.

    1. Thank you, Laurie. I love it. Yes, he guards his balls all of the time. When he eats, he carries them in and sits them next to his dishes. lol

  5. Alexandra, I ADORE Scotties, especially black ones - please tell me his name, he looks gorgeous.
Sorry you're under the weather. With the cute appliquéd Scottie Black Watch Tartan hot water bottle and other cozy things around you (like the blanket, and Michael bringing you tea and of course toast!), you should soon be on the mend.

I'm not sick thankfully, but have my hot water bottle every night now - it's an England thing!

    Sending warming hugs - Mary

    2. Heh, I have mine by my wide most evenings and weekends too. In fact, I have one under my lap right now too. And yes, lots of toast! Alex is actually far better at making tea than I so I leave that to her now. Can't believe she stole the crown. I like to call her Queen LaTEAfar now. :)
