Sunday Sketches
Welcome to another wonderful, creative week of Sunday Sketches. I hope everyone had a good week. It's been finals week for me. I've one more term paper to write (4th one!) and one more final on Monday. On an exciting note, I received a congratulations email from my Journalist professor saying -
"Alexandra --- You received the top grade this semester -- you did fine work and it was wonderful to have you in class."
How exciting is that?!?! I actually started crying at the table, with joy and sadness. Joy for the accomplishment. Sadness, for I couldn't share it with my father. I sure hope he can see me in heaven. I know he'd be proud of me. (Tears)
The above photo is a new project I'm working on and hoping to have completed by my next art show next weekend. Any guesses as to what I might be creating? :)
OK, I can't wait to see what everyone else has been up to. Please be patient with me in responding as I'm buried in studies for wrapping up my Fall semester. Thank you for all of your warm thoughts and prayers.
Happy SS!
