I had alot of fun participating in last week's WOYWW. It was great meeting new peeps, all the while being inspired by the creativity found at each site I visited. This time I've made sure to include a snapshot of my studio/work area! :D
Both paintings above are two different projects I'm currently working on. As you can see from the bear shown in the background from last week, this princess bear is my second and am pretty sure she's the one I'll use for my final piece in this special custom order.
Morris the Mouse hasn't peeked his head out in quite some time, so I felt it very fitting to put him on my newly obtained project of a 5x5' canvas to be displayed at a local coffee shop when completed. Exciting stuff going on here. :)

Great working area and that's a cute bear. My husband makes the ribbon holders, he's been preparing a bunch of the upright spindles and is now working on making a few bases. I seriously think he could sell them to crafters or on Etsy or Ebay.

Love your studio, Sophia, and your artwork! Thanks for your comment on my blog that made me smile - yesterday I couldn't even see the desk, let alone beat a path to it! It's much better now, as all the boxes are now on the landing! I'm knitting a jumper from the unravelled dress, and it's coming on well now I've got started. Hopefully there will be something worth photographing by this time next week.
