Sunday Sketches


Hello and WELCOME to another fabulous week of sketching!  After a few days in a row of stresses, I decided to make Saturday a "me" day. Uh huh. I spent the day going on short walks with the pups and being creative.  Boy did it feel good! :)

This is my finished clothesline piece.   As you can see I've added a few extra doodles.  The only thing I'm stumped on is what kind of saying to put on the front of the card.  Ho hum.  Ideas?

    Whoa. Your blog has CHANGED! The Princess of Purple is too my left. She is in my room too...just chilling on my wall. I love how your clothesline piece turned out...the pink watercolored bottom makes the grass stand out a lot.

    well, first of all this place is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!! I love the new layout! excellent....really. This really showcases your style....
    Your sketch is adorable too in color. yes, i am liking the pink tank with the heart...

    Nice new blog layout! I like your clothesline card. Not sure about a saying. Something like, "It will all come out in the wash." maybe but I don't know what occasion you'd use that for, LOL. I do hope next week is less stressful for you and I'm glad you took Sat. for yourself.

    Good for you, taking a day to relax and charge the batteries. It makes all the difference in the world. Your drawing looks great with the colors filled in. I can't think of a saying for the front of the card.

    I'm lovin' your new "look" and your clothesline piece is so bright and cheery it (almost) makes laundry look like a fun chore! ha!
